1.8 fly wheel on 2lt crank
is there a part that fits onto the end of the crank before you put the fly on

NO there is not,
you need a bearing for the middle

does the spigot fit into the back of the fly wheel or the crank the fly wheel i have as a funny shape ring of metal on it

the ring might fit on the outside of the flywheel the put the bolts through.
