pic request, cool car colours

repainting the hood and need some inspiration for colour. its currently kawasaki green which i like but really fancy a nice orange or something different.

has black wheels, carbon rear panel, carbon front wings and black roolbar/screen surround.

any suggestions appreciated. pref a flat colour so I can save on laquer So if you have any post up a pic.

oh yes must look well with carbon parts too.

I've got a nice orange - Rover blaze - was gonna do the whole car but in the end bottled out.

I think there is 2 l - cellulose based paint. cost me somehting like £ 35 quid - ouch indeed! but will sell for less. lemme know if you are interested.

As everyone else is doing it, I think you'll find Red over Silver is the best colour.

that is a lovely red! but blue over silver is my choice!

cant do over silver as the metalwork isnt in great shape. loads of holes from the big wings and various exhaust mounts etc.

going to use thick black vinyl to do the tub/scuttle and bonnet then paint the rear wings and nosecone.

narrowed down to 3 choices:

all black



black with green



black with orange (excuse the gay shade)
