Bonnet Buldge

Hi

Im looking for a large bonnet buldge, similar to an MK or Dax Rush but a bit taller. Ive put in a 99 R1 in a locost BEC and want to use the standard airbox, and having cut the hole in the bonnet and made up an ali buldge, feel a fibre glass one might look better.

At the tallest point i need the buldge to be 5 inchs which is practically bang in the middle. This may sound like a lot, but ive put the engine in with no sump sticking out the bottom.

Any suggestions or offers most welcome.

Thanks

I think you may be stretching it for a "7 copy" bulge, but you might want to measure some 4x4 bonnet bulges, I think a shogun has quite a tall one, but another 4x4 (obviously can't remember!) has a taller one...

one point that springs to mind is how you are going to pass an SVA with a 5in bulge blocking your view? Have a look at the SVA guide for visibility requirements.
