New exhaust
I've just finished making a 421 exhaust with aluminium bodied silencer.
There are some more pictures in my photos in the 421Exhaust folder.
I've not sound tested it yet but after a quick run it sounds a lot quieter, I just hope it come in quiet enough for a Donnington track day.
From the datalog it wants more fuel which is a good sign and it has a distinctive sound above 4k.
Thanks to Matt from Procomp for the aluminium silencer idea and the bandsaw without which I don't know how I would have managed (;-).
Cheers,
Colin

Thanks for the comments.
Worx,
I designed the headers to be within +/- 0.5mm but due to the slight variation in bend radius and cutting variations it will be slightly more than
that.
Zilspeed,
I sourced the bends and expanded joints from http://www.ojzengineering.co.uk
The perforated tube, wire wool and packing and silencer end caps from http://www.milneroffroad.com.
The rolled end from http://www.pipewerx.com
and the TIG welder courtesy of the group buy off here about a year ago.
