Description
Ply, foam, exterior vinyl, staples and glue.
Hinges like a saloon car and a simple lock - held down with small angle section of ally pop riveted to the chassis and then screwed up underneath into
the ply...

12mm MDF, radiused edge with a router, covered with black vinal. screwed in place from below.
Took all of about 1/2 hour to make and made from stuff that was laying around the garage.

here's mine - 1/4" ply with routered radius all round then covered with black vinyl. Seperate hinged section with barrel lock giving access
to the fuel filler.

not a hijack at all, that was going to be my next question....
has anyone found any good metal hooks that can hook under the rear tube that creates the top rear panel shape?
