SUZUKI WIRING

Has any one out there wired any Suzuki engines. A friend of mine is try to wire up a GSX1400 engine and can not find out were the resistor, that normaly fits on the back of the ignition switch, should go. On the bike it looks as if it went between one of the terminals on the back of the switch and earth. As the bike ignition switch is not being used, we need to know were it should go. I am led to belive it is much the same on the Hyabusa.

Cheers

Dave

Any help would be useful

Hi
we've just done a similar job on my Kawasaki 1400.
The 100ohm resister went on the grey wire (imoboliser wire from switch to ECU) to reduce voltage to 7 volts)
If this is any help!
