Hi from New member
Just joined the forum and wanted to say Hi to everyone.
I have a question re posible kits for my E36 323 coupe (2.5L engine with auto box).
So what kits are available to use this car as the donor?
Thanks in anticipation............Neil

Welcome lad, you have chosen the best forum
Not sure about using the autobox, may be a bit lardy for a 7.
You want to buy a kit or build your own from scratch? From scratch anything is possible.

Hi, and welcome, thats a real nice engine, but I'd go with a manual box - much much more fun.

oooh! i love BMWs
don't much like mine right now... i only wanted to see what state the spark plugs were in, an hour and 15minutes to get the covers off, and work
out the weird spark plug leads, only to find i don't have the right size plug socket

Oh I do, SWMBO has an IS300, auto or tipto, but I still prefer stirring the cogs myself....

Thanks for the warm welcome people.
I have no issues with going for a manual box (my preference too) buth I would be looking for a kit rather then from scratch. I simply don't have
the time from scratch.
I would be prepared to p/ex / swap the BM for a more suitable project or finished car money either way if that was an option. I am keen to press on as
I fel the summer is coming (eternal optimist)
Regards......Neil

Welcome to the nuthouse - whatever you build you'll find plenty of info & support on here. Only kits I know of using BMW donor at present
are the Marlin already mentioned & the Python which may be contentious!
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.
