Low cost NACA ducts

Being quiet (read DEAD) at work this week I've set about some bits of mod's on the Fury. One of which is to finish the flat floor (diffuser already on) and wanted some NACA ducts to feed cold air to the diff'. Looked in the catalogs and baulked at the price and thought I'd just put some louvers in.

Then at dinner time a spot, lurking in the corner of the workshop, an undertay off a tintop (don't know what car) that had been taken off because in was cracked. It had 2 nice NACA ducts moulded in. Cut them out and saved £24.

Worth having a root around the scrap yards if you need any.

CBS do some cheap plastic ones but if you want to blend them into GRP you will need the real thing
