you posted first so should go without saying

Pojo - 10/8/15 at 12:09 PM

Thanks, just need to confirm its big enough for the Luego.

Ben_Copeland - 10/8/15 at 01:26 PM

I'll get in line too.

It's going to be converted anyway so as long as the brakes work and the chassis is ok, I'll have it.

Obviously if Pojo doesn't want it

claydon - 10/8/15 at 07:27 PM

Thanks for all the interest. The Ramp opening is 2030mm wide by 1300mm high. Advice please on how to put photos on this site, I have Windows 8.

Ben_Copeland - 10/8/15 at 08:16 PM

Try the photo archive on here or email them to me and I'll put them on.

My email link show be in my profile

Thanks Ben. Would be good to see a photo before committing. Don't want to say yes if it would suit others better. The max allowable weight for the chassis is 1250 kg. what is the collectives thoughts on how much the strengthened chassis will weigh.

Ben_Copeland - 10/8/15 at 08:29 PM

Really depends on how it's built now.

If you pass then I'd have it. Strip it right back and build a custom top. It's prefect for me at that weight

Dopdog - 10/8/15 at 08:54 PM

I suppose that's me out of the equation then as I only sent a PM to the OP

Pojo - 11/8/15 at 07:25 AM

Gents, I have decided it's not for me. I am out. Hope you manage to sort out who has first dibs amicably

Claydon, many thanks for the generous offer, I am sure someone will take it away very quickly.

nero1701 - 11/8/15 at 07:42 AM

Ben, It would probibly be of more use to you than me so go for it mate

Ben_Copeland - 11/8/15 at 07:53 AM

U2U sent

Ben_Copeland - 11/8/15 at 09:39 AM

Right here we go. It's bigger than I thought and I'm going to struggle to store it so if anyone else is a definite then you can take it. Otherwise I'll try sort something out later on in the week.

Mr Whippy - 11/8/15 at 11:27 AM

I'd be a bit worried about the tyres taking so much weight especially being a single axle, for example my caravan is only slightly longer and runs at 40 psi, even when lightly loaded the tyres still get very hot, then you have old tyres on that caravan with a car inside too! is that wise?!

Ben_Copeland - 11/8/15 at 11:58 AM

I'd strip it to its frame and just build a open trailer but you could put commercial tyres on it then as long as your within the axles max weight then it's fine.

Yeah shame too big for me as well
