Hi All

I need to do simple editing of AVI files - I'm on Windows 7 and it won't run Windows Live Movie Maker.

Any suggestions?

How about installing Windows XP in virtualbox and then using Movie Maker ?

Windows Movie Maker 2.6 works with Window 7 by all accounts.

something like that is simple and good.

or convert the avi to mp4 and use windows movie maker.

good luck.

make sure you have right codecs too .

eg klite codec pack.
