Hi with the MNR stock lights - round, carbon effect that seem reflective are seperate reflectors required?

Yes. They must be "Retro-reflective" like you see on tin-tops. The sort that are made up of thousands of prisms. The lights just reflect because of the reflector behind the bulb.

Trouble with them is they tend to soon fall off.
