pinto 2.1 weber jet sizes

Starting to get a bit annoyed now with the rough running of my car.It does not want to rev past 2750 rpm without pumping the throttle pedal continuously.I have checked fuel pressure which is anything upto 4.5 psi using the regulator. All the timing is spot on including cam belt.Tappets have been adjusted.I had the webers off today, cleaned them all and blew all the jets out,but still the same.Does anyone no what size the jets should be for this engine(mains are 145 at mo)or a carb specialist in the surrey area. Thanks guys

Are your pump jets working?

When you press the throttle there should be a linkage that goes to underneath the carb, that little assembly will squirt fuel direct down the inlet, if you are having to pump the pedal it sounds like this it not working.

Just my 2pence

my jetting on 2.1 pinto with 45s and a fast road cam is:

Starter Jets F985

Air corrector 180
Emulsion tube F16
Main jet 155

Idle jet 55F9
pump jets 45

Main venturi 36mm
aux venturi 4.5

Hope this helps
