can someone explain to me axactly what i need for the rear end of my mnr?
i need bolt on drive shafts (are they all the same? or are 2wd cosworth better)
rear hubs, bearing carriers (again, i heard some fit and some dont?)
sierra rear calipers (are these all same size and fitment? and again are cosie ones better?)
cheers all!
I'm sorry to have to say this, but won't Mr. Norden know that?
mr norden will know that but i pester him enough as it is.he would also know the answer to almost every question asked on this forum! but he would get very annoyed with thousands of calls a day from people who dont know everything
Best guide I can give you (as i'm using a Moffett diff) is both types of sierra uprights fit, the drum brake version and the disk brake version. I've used the Disc brake version with corresponding stub axles and hubs (as that is the one my Moffett shafts fit). Sierra disk brakes should be more than sufficient as your car will be half the weight of a Sierra, but you can always upgrade the calipers if you wish. Can't tell you much about the half shafts except you would use the ones that go with the diff and stub axles you are using.
thanks mate but the drive shafts are the key to this! i am using s2000 diff and need modified sierra bolt on shafts to suit! aparrently there are numerous types and the abs ones dont fit!
