Offset for front wheels ? 13 inch wheels

Is there a recommended offset for the front wheels ? I will have 13 x 7 inch wheels
Raceleda front uprights and inboard shocks.
The car will be 80% track use. Tires will be Toyo PROXES RA1 205/60/R13
Engine is 2L Zetec

The 13" caterham r500 wheels fit on the vortx. I think they are et 23

I originally had 7x15 et23 all round but now I have Caterham 6x13 front and 8x13 rear. Both are et23 so front wheels are 1/2" further in and rear wheels are 1/2" further out than with the 15"
