Vortx RT Offset

Hi all,

Yeh, I know its been done to death but with all the talk of SVA failures due to wheels sticking out too much, I thought Id ask for clarification. Obviously dont want them to catch on the arches or stick out and incur the wrath of Mr SVA.

ET35 or ET38? I was toying with the idea of using Pug ET18 wheels but they presented too many other headaches.

Thanks for any advice

I have standard Ford wheels, what ever thay are, with 195 tyres. There is plenty of room in the rear arches so a bit more offset would probably be OK.

You glue on the front arches yourself so you can get it right no matter what.

Why do you want to fit peugeot wheels? Are Ford Fitment ones no good?

Thanks mate,

Peugeot alloys were free lying about in my garage (tight git!).

I was pretty sure the wings wouldnt be a problem but was more concerned about them sticking out beyond the bodywork. Im not planning on fitting particularly "sticky out" alloys though.

Standard Ford fitment (depending on who you talk to) is ET35 or 38, I cant really see the 3mm being much of a show stopper.

Thanks

Rich
