No, that's just the way eBay works. The guy who won would have set his highest bid at 2300. Someone else then bid 2350, which is the figure recorded. The winner set a much higher maximum and each of the bids listed were the intermediate bids placed by eBay on the winner's behalf to counter bids placed by other people. eBay doesn't let you bid against yourself.

so how did it end up on 5k? ive bid against myself by accident once, didnt think it did it any more though...

more specifically, if garry bought it for 5k, who bid 4950?
