Wheel spacer to correct ET
JoaoCaldeira - 28/1/06 at 11:53 AM

Hi all.
According to Marc I need wheels with ET35 - ET38.
I saw cheap OZ Superleggera with ET42.

What is the general consensus on using 5mm wheel spacers to correct the offset?

As long as they are hubcentric they will be fine.

Hi.
Thanks for the reply.
How do I choose an hubcentric one?

Just make sure that it is made specifically for your hub. The spacer will have a central hole which fits firmly over the hub centre, making sure that the wheel is perfectly centralised before tightening the wheel nuts.
The simple spacers which just space out the studs can introduce wheel wobble.
