Some people need to understand what customer service is all about and ....

STOP BEING SO DAMNED HELPFUL!

you'll give everyone else a bad name.

Hi,

Sounds like brilliant service. If only all kit manuafactures were as good.

Sorry to go of the point, but I notice you once owned a Smart Car Roadster. I have been looking at these recently. What did you think to it? Are there any points I should look out for?

Thanks for your help

No problem and marcs hands are used to it ,

Hope the passot aint left too much oil outside your house.

Anyway crack on and get it built there will always be the dark days when nothing goes right. When it does stand back put the kettle on make a brew or pull a can from the fridge look at all the problems already solved there is always a soloution you just aint thought of it yet.

PS the car is looking good take your time and enjoy the build you have just about got the worst bits done !

Regards Agriv8 AKA Iain

Well done to Marc and Ian!

That is FANTASTIC service from MNR (I have always had good service from them - they are excellent). This is exactly the kind of postive PR the industry needs!

As for Ian - well I take my hat off to you - you went beyond the call of duty there, not many other owners would have gone to that trouble

Who said 'decent' people had disappeared - here's two fine examples

Oh and Kris - now get building

Truly amazing customer service again Marc and Ian!

I think MNR really have their heads screwed on in this competitive market. A fantastic product only gets you so far... The customer service and backup is really the factor that sets a component sportscar company apart. And they have got that spot on too, in my experience...

chris.

Nice to see this level of customer service, hats off to MNR, always had excellent service from them also.

As far as other builders go I have found all of them VERY helpful, from helping to weld bits right through to 3 of them turning up to help with the SVA!!

Lots of good people out there.

Rich.

Yea they are brilliant well made but remember they are only fibre glass and GRP every panel and bloody expensive so watch out for dented ones!

Pre 2004 roadster (non coupes) had leaky roofs.

and apart from that all ok, oh and the fact 7k servicing !!

excellent car though and i had no bother what so ever and dump valve was rather loud with boost up to 1.7! and you will relise why 205 17s are fitted to the rear because the back end is very slidy in the wet, but easy to control- all because the turbo comes in one big wollop!!
