Hi all
i've just been having ago fitting the pedals,
i've only got one long bar that the brake and clutch pivot on.
but if i fit the clutch on the same plane as the brake the botton part of the clutch hits the base of the chassis.
so do i need to cut the bar and mount the clutch on the higher holes on the box, or cut some of the lower pedal
hope that makes any sense!
cheers

hi john
dont cut anything
the pedal box has two pivot points one high one low, for cable clutch top hole on clutch pivot, long bar goes through thwe aceeleratotr pedal and
brake pedal, and short bolt goes separatly through clutch
cheers

Hi, you seem to have a cable pedal instead of a hyd pedal. I
f the set up is for a cable unit then you have 2 pins, one for the brake and one higher up for the cable pedal.
If the unit is a hyd unit it only has one pivot bar and the 2 pedals pivot on this pin.
I hope this make sense.
Regards
Grant.
ok ok i won't cut anything!
But i've only got 1 bar that they can pivot on, i dont have a shorter bar for the clutch, thats why i thought they both went on the same bar!
cheers

Just Re read your post Marc.
the accelarator in my kit mounts on a braket on the ally scuttle panel.
not on the same long bar that goes through the brake pedal.
which means the bar must need cutting down to use for the clutch pedal aswell.

Added a pic, i've marked where i think i need to cut, to use the remaining bit for the clutch?

Thats right, thats what i done!
sorry got confused which pedal box you had
yep the pin comes in one length, if hydraulic clutch then goes through in one , if cable clutch mark as you have and cut and use other part for cable
clutch pedal
best regards
