Get a good drill and lots of quality bits. Get a deburring tool. Consider Cleco fastners (brilliant temporary rivet things - car builder solutions), get a bag of plastic quick clamps from B&Q. Get a cheap set of digital vernier calipers.
I bought a bag of rivnuts off ebay and simply used a bolt, nut and washer to pull them through.
Only needed them to fit the fuel tank sender at the moment... don't think I'll need any more
Im going to use them on my rear wings, so that they are easily removed should the need arise
cheers for the replies guys, are any rivnuts above m6 needed?
Thanks again
Adam

I think some M8 are needed for the scuttle and nose, although I haven't got that far yet. Someone will give a definitive answer soon no doubt.
