That looks spot on stu, great idea with sinking the clocks into the dash

Have you sunk them in so that you wont get any issues with SVA?

i have mounted my 5VY clocks onto the dash in the centre where yours are, but im a little concerned that Mr SVA wont like it as they stick out, and are in an area that will get tested for radius edges

Mines the same Davey, half are in the exempt zone, the side with the buttons won't pass radius, i dont think, so might cover with foam or make a plastic dome, or just hope they don't check!

I really wanted the clocks to be above the steering column but there was not enough space and the steering wheel would have covered most of them. With them in the centre of the dash the speed is hard to see on the far left of the clocks so I decided to make a recess out of fiberglass to tilt them towards the driver and also to get over the SVA problem as they did not fit within the 127mm radius of the steering wheel.
