hello all
i was going to make front indicator extenssions so as they would pass SVA but i have come offshore and forgot to bring the measurements, i m using MNR
supplied indicators (think they are called dinky or somthing) and its the RTIB i m building
what i need is the measurement for the width of the front of the new style nose cone, where the 2 dimples (where you would mount the indicators) are
on each side
and
the distance from the side of the nose cone to the outside edge of the front tyre,
with these 2 measurements i should be able to figure out the length needed to make sva passible extenssions for the front indicators
much appriciated

Finlay,
I don't have the measurements but mine were about 120mm long which worked fine. Can you make some extra long that you can just cut down when you
get back?
Steve
will post here on sunday for you

Will they still be classed as 'a bumper' if you are only extending the indictors ?
The ones that fasten directly to the chassis have been classed as a bumper when I did mine so the 'Up and over' rule applied to the finding
of sharp edges with the SVA man's sphere.
Probably made a real hash of explainging that but hope it makes sense.
Marc might be over with Junior for a cuppa tomorow PM.

Finlay,
The width of the nose across the indicator mounting points is 450mm.
Mounting point to edge of wheel arch 620mm.
All measurements are approximate.
