feel gutted.test drive my new car today at spa, and crashed it.
still don't know if MNR chassis is better than a MK indy, but i know it crashes very well!
it was a rainy day, 5 degres or something like that, and about 9 lotus were smashed in raidillon (so was mine)
going to bed....

Oh dear!
Glad you are not hurt!
Sorry to hear about the crash i'm glad your OK cars can be replaced you can't
Graham
Oh bugger. As said before at least you are in one piece!! Cars can be rebuilt.........
sorry dude... you will get it back better than ever..
thanks guys,
gonna strip the car tomorow.hope chassis is ok...or some parts will come for sale!
Very sorry to hear another crash. I wrecked mine and today just did the last bolt up to finish the rebuild
reckon I'll be taking it very easy at the trackday on Monday.
Any pics of the damage? Is it as bad as mine? Check my blog for pictures. They crash very well, mine only need new wishbones and bodywork etc.

Sounds expensive! Doubt a chassis could be straight after that!
Your lucky to have walked away unharmed.
No wonder you felt sick!
All the best with the situation.
I've got my fingers crossed but I'd be suprised if that much damage was done without the chassis going a bit bananary.....
dont mean to be a doom monster but i had a very light off at cadwell and it cost 700 to fix steering rack both hubs wishbones nose cone rad and the front of the chassis was bent so replaced all the front end sounds like yours is much worse than mine though hope its not too bad
Sorry, to hear this.
Hope that your chassis car can be rescued.
Normally I would heve been there too,
But for once in my life I've listened to my wife,
Was this your car?
Oeps, I've forgotten somethi

Hi.
Best wishes for your chassis - as you seem OK.
I've crashed on Estoril GP circuit, and I know how it feels
Both me and passenger escape totally unhurt, but the suspension was ripped off, and the chassis suffered quite a lot. It was only after totally
stripped it that I realise how bad the hit was. Using a new chassis was a must, but a bit expensive - actually, I also had to pay for the track rails,
so that was definitly a bad day
Yikes - Sorry Dude. Bad mojo.
yes, it was my car!good picture!
start to strip today, but still don't know anything about chassis.the only positive thing is that i didn't crash and stop on the wall, but i
slide on it....
i'll know a little bit more in a few days.
cheers
eeep! another one! Glad to hear you're OK Antonio, maybe Marc ought to do wet car control days for owners - or we could club together and hire a
skid pan for the day....
Hope the rebuild isn't too drastic!
Cheers
Vince
Oh no! I am gutted for you!
How did it happen? Standing water? Too much throttle? What tyres? R888s?
This would be useful for us not on the road yet... if the R888s are leathal in the wet for example I would know not to take the car out on them if it
is raining...
Based on the crash results what would you build differently on your car (reinforcements here and there)?
Cheers,
Gergely

Cheers,
by the way, you should reinforced floor seats fixing, and it would be a good thing to weld a additional thick piece of metal on the chassis and fix seats on them. my ali floor was seized (spelling?) and my seat was fixed by only 2 points after the crash.
sorry if it's a bit hard to understand what i try to explain, going to learn how to drive and english in th meantime!
