max.best tyre widths?

what would be the optimum tyre width and profile for a 7 with 13" rims?
6" x 13" fronts
8" x 13" rears
not sure if this makes any difference but will be CEC, thanks

Based on what you can actually get.

185/60x13 and 205/60x13.
