mnr at harewood this weekend

we will be at harewood house hill climb this weekend exhibiting its a round of the british champs so should be some nice cars in action, may even have the reg docs for my orange car to take a few people foer a run down the road

Boat engined mnr should be there too. providing i can sus why the bugger wont tick over .

Glad you are finally making it Mark - look forward to seeing you there.

For more information about the event have a look here www.harewoodhill.co.uk/ - may not be working for a while, but hopefully on again later.

Should be a good weekend - the fastest hillclimb cars in the UK will be there, along with all the usual suporting classes including a few "7" type cars.

Raise the idle speed, if that works but it idles too fast the idle control valve will be the issue I would guess

Hi G.man better than that some numty had the timming all to cock.

swung the dizzi and va va voom as they say tick over is now top notch and nearly acelerated into the back of a Audi back from marc's. rolling road req to finalise.

And marc it wasnt cannal water it was the duck that was stucked into the air filter !!!

Just had an excelent blat back from marc's started exploring the limits of my driving .

though did drive past a mate who was sat in the pub coment was the double de clutch into second sounded awsome the tyre squuel was excelent.

Sod the fuel consumption I am a happy bunny.

thanks chaps. I still feel a bit of a fraud for not being able to finish it though!

ah well, i'd rather have it on the road, instead of unfinished in a garage for another year since i'd never find the time!

cant wait to fire it up

Work first, toys second and as you are self employed got to keep the customer happy.

Its better admitting it and paying marc than rushing it and bodjing it you would regret that more.
