nothing new with me. the usual hour or two at the weekend due to busy work, and the same problem of having a flat battery every other day. Which
kind of ruins my 'inspirational engine startup' to get motivated again!
I'm trying to work out if the battery is buggered. If not, something on the car must be wired up permanently..

Have you got a horn connected to the loom mate? Ony reason I ask is unless youve modified the wiring (I havent had the time yet) the horn relay will
be perm energised and will be sucking volts.
Either pop the relay out or see if its hot, mine was and it was flatening the battery.

I havent touched it, it was all a bit alien to me so I payed MNR to wire it up using their wiring fella.
I did have the 'permanently on' horn when I tried (and failed) to wire it all up, but according to MNR the switches on my steering column
were fried.
I'll have a check by unplugging it and see what happens.
My battery goes from 13.7 volts after a charge, to 11 the next evening.
I did a similar test last night with the loom disconnected from the battery and it was showing around the same so I think the battery is knackered
somehow. (unless thats normal..?)

Hi mate,
No thats not normal. If MNR have sorted the wiring then that discounts the incorrect wiring of the horn, although that voltage drop is very similar
to what mine was doing.
If you have a horn fitted and working then thats not the issue.
Could well be a knackered battery if its not holding its charge.
