Inboard suspension - lower shocks mountings

Hi,
Could you tell me what is the holes diameter, distance between them and their location (distance from the end of the member) for front inboard suspension shocks' lower mounts ? Unfortunatelly my chassis came without them drilled and I really don't like to screw anything when making them.

I've attached the photo below to show you what am I talking about.

Thanks,

Michal Rescued attachment front shock mount.jpg

I'd echo that, mis measuring by one of us could cause you all sorts of problems.

I've tried to call but it's not to easy to get through. And my email was kicked back. But since I know that Mark visits the forum from time to time, I thought he might find the post and give me an answer.

What email address are you using?
I don't usually have a problem getting through on the phone, sometimes it's engaged so I have to try again but I can always get through.

I have never had an issue with MNR's customer service, and for emails you have to use the new email address...

Having been at MNR's for 5 weeks with free accomodation I doubt many others can match the customer service I have seen or experienced..

Never had an issue with phone (sometimes calling 5 mins later was required) and e-mail just bounced back only a couple times, when they had problems with mail.

Been with them for a few days and I think that it's VERY VERY hard to beat their customer care.

GASP........

Well well well....... I'm amazed, from what many would have you believe, its only supposed/allowed to be GTS that's difficult to contact by phone or email......... (tongue welded into cheek)

well he hasnt called today as I have been there ( asisting - read - getting in the way ) oh ps all calls answered within 10-15 rings.

But thanks for throwing that stone from your greenhouse Calvinx and bringing to the forums attention .

PS Michal the holes are each 25mm from the centerline of the mounting the hight is depicted by the depth of shocker eye so it does not bottom out.

Will confirm tomorow before you drill.

kind regards

I think I've started an unexpected stirr with my, maybe not fully thought out, post.

The problem with email was, probably, on my side. It is that my private email provider, for some reasons, is not the perfect one (for example it is listed as a spam server on some sites, it claims that my domaine from work is a spam one, sometimes it even doesn't work at all). And the email I use is the new, chrisetc... one.

And as for calls, as a rather busy person so I can't always call each five minutes like some guys So I thought that I will try this way of contact.

The conclusion however of this rather too long of an email is : I AM, REALLY AM, EXTREMALY SATISFIED WITH THE KIT, THE SERVICE, THE AMBIENCE AND EVERYTHING LINKED WITH MNR. REALLY. WITH SUGAR ON TOP. I only wish I had more time to work on a car. And that it wasn't 800 bloody miles from where I live now.

Mark,

I've noticed on the site that there are people from Poland and Belgium who ordered their kits from you. Any chance you could arrange their emails ?

Thanks

VERY SATISFIED MNR CUSTOMER

Hi Marc,

I know you will not answer this since you're on Autosport. Lucky you, I tried to go there but Missus said no

I intend a working session in two weeks (between the Jan 27th and Feb 4th) and this time it's a suspension... time I bought the hubs from Deckman (thank's Jason, I'll let everybody know how cute they are once I see them with my own eyes in two weeks), last bits and pieces arrive in between and, if everything goes well, I'll have a rolling chassis by Feb.

Thanks again and best regards,

Michal
