'tina uprights + alternators

Evening all,
Should be going to a retro ford show at the three counties end of this month and was wondering if it was worth me buying some up rights (if theres any there) or am i better off buying them from MNR?
Also getting to the stage now where im nearly ready to put my order down and they need the engine and box there to do bits and peices. What alternator shall i strap too it for them to use, standard mondeo or buy a micra/ corrola one etc.
Also would it be worth changing the sump or would this be ok for them to do their stuff with?

Thanks in advance,

John

Hi, Wouldnt know about the alternator but for front uprights id buy the racleda version or the mnr fabricated ones then you can guarantee mnr get you all the right bearings and bits needed to fit them
