Problem Fitting Propshaft
Does anyone have any tips for fitting the propshaft into the Vortx RT+ tunnel?
I've tried fitting from the front, but the rear diff flange won't go through the last tunnel hoop.
The flexible joint won't go through the tunnel hoops.
The only solutution I can see at the moment is splitting the Prop.
Has anyone got any advice?
By the way, i'm fitting the prop from Diff to R1 engine (no reverse box).

Managed to get the prop fitted, after a heart stopping few hours, thinking I'd ruined one of the UJ bearings.
Tried to refer to the Sierra manual for replacing the UJ, but theres no mention of it, I think its considered too difficult for the avarage DIYer
nowadays.
Thanks God for my trusty 1971 Escort Haynes manual which describes everything step by step (DIYers were obviously more proficient in the good old
days.)
