Vortex V8 passed SVA

Been meaning to post since Friday but time and computer problems have delayed this post.

Just to let you all know that the V8 vortx passed SVA on Friday at Beverly.

Few issues to sort and a few post SVA items to sort . A few evenings this week should sort them while wating for the V5 to arrive from the DVLA.

Anyway thanks to all the help from the forum and a big thanks to Mark and Chris.

Would be interesting to know if the engine that passed SVA falls out before the V5 arrives? And gets replaced with a TVR conversion?

What other bits might fall off?

congrats Iain!

you might have to find a few more things to tinker with now, or the missus might find 'plans' for your spare time

Now Now, the 3.5 is staying for a while to allow funds to build up again but planning the engine upgrade next winter. will keep the plans under wraps but aiming for 300 ponies

The V8 is a little bit of a handfull, should be out at some track days to get used to the rear wheel drive ethos again.

Yes the wife is wanting me to start on the next project ( and it aint replacing the Kitchen !!!) those that know me will know what I am on about .

will get some footage when the v5 turns up
