loom connection query

I have all my steering column connections sorted apart from one that I want to check.

If you look here
you can see that there are 2 identical brown/black wires coming out of terminal 56

I am using the MNR loom so this connection should go to the 'headlights out' terminal but I want to check to see if I should split the 2 wires at terminal 56 or simply splice them together before connectin to the MNR loom

hope the above makes sense - if not the connection I am refering to is in section 16 in the MNR loom manual

thanks in advance

I cut the link wire and connected each of the brown/black wires to the individual wires in the MNR loom, all work perfect.

There is a mistake in the instruction sheet with regards to the horn wiring. pin 54 and 53c are the wrong way round.

Don't join them. One goes to the 56 terminal on the other column switch. the other to switching earth on the headlight of/on relay.
