help needed with hooking up rear lights

hi all

need some help, again, with hooking up the rear lights

i cant figure out which wire goes where

this is what i have is on the near side

black - earth
red black - N/S side lights x 2 wires in the same bullet
green purple - N/S stop lights
Green Red - N/S indicators

this is what i have on the offside

black - earth
red white - O/S side lights x 1 wire
green purple - O/S stop lights
green white - O/S indicators

all wires have bullets on the end which i will remove to fit a three way for the stop light, like the one shown

and a 2 way for the indicators, like the one shown

the main light have 3 port connectors, and indicators have 2 port connectors, both only fit 1 way to lights

how do i know which wire goes in to either port 1,2,3 on the brake light and 1,2 on the indicator ?

i can see the need for 5 wires on both the N/S and O/S, but i only have 4 wires on the O/S available due the red white only having 1 wire with a bullet on the end

any help would be much appriciated

be very careful here
the brake one is in the middle
if you check the sides out by stripping the wire bare then putting the earth on one end and the side on the other you'll get it right.

i got caught out and spend 2 days trying to figure it out. Off side was the other way round for for earth and side

i ended up shorting out on braking and lighting up the number plate etc
sva failure.

if in doubt use the very small female connectors first (if you are on own as its easier) or get some mates round to hold wires on.
