MNR Weather gear.
Thinking about the cold weather and using the car all year round was wondering about half doors and a tonnea cover as seen on Cateringvans and
westies.
Anyone done this on an MNR or thinking along the same lines?

Yes,
But unfortunatly rug rat has got in the way. The half doors on the market are too short from my findings as most of them are for the Westfield
dimensions.

I have half doors on my car (see my photo archive). They keep the draught off my right elbow and hand a lot and help keep the heater air in the car a
bit. They're also good for stopping puddle splashes.

I made them. A bit of 10mm x 1mm steel tube from B&Q bent by hand and welded. 2mm thick card taped to the frame to form the bowl. vinyl seating
cloth glued over the outside, fake suede on the inside. I need to find a better glue for the suede as its peeling off but the outer skin has stayed
stuck nicely.
