Companies in administration
If a company goes into administration, is it possible for someone with no connections to get a list of their customers?

You could apply to the administrators to buy their customer lists perhaps?
The administrators may want to hang onto it however, as it makes the company worth a bit having a "customer base" per se

I think that was the problem - LDV did not have any customers.
