Power commanders TPS %
Hi, whilst setting my emissions at the weekend gone i realised ometimes my pc3 software doesnt read a throttle position - stays at zero. Anyone know
what would cause this? Will it have adverse effect when actually running?
Cheers
Adam

was you pressing the throttle pedal when it was reading 0% or had you just used the thumb screw adjuster?

I had thought that as what ive noticed is it always seems to work when its gone from off to started but then after running it and changing mapping it
then has not tps% - confirmation of your point would be great though.

i cant remember the exact menu option, but somewhere you can set the throttle calibration where you have to fully press the throttle, so it knows
where the end point, and start point are. once that is done the power commander knows what % the throttle is when driving

Cheers Dave - Il have a flick through the manual although last time i read it, it was more what everything means on the screen rather than how to use
the product for the purpose intended.

just had a quick look in the program you need to click: Power Commander Tools, then Set Throttle position. you can only do this with the power
comander powered up, and connected, which on the newer R1 the engine has to be running to power up the power commander
