Wet weather
Has anyone got any sort of wet weather gear for their Vortx? I'm just thinkibng about something simple to cover the cockpit in case of an
unexpected shower. A split Tonneau cover is the obvious answer but there doesn't appear to be one for the Vortx?

You can get a windscreen. A simple flintstones roof between that and the roll hoop might keep the worst of the weather out.
I made some half doors for mine. They kept road spray off a treat.

Woolies trim will supply the material and fasteners and have on-line ordering.
Then make a full size template out of card, showing the zip etc then take it all to a company who make tarpaulins for trucks etc and they will be able
to make it for you. I did this years ago for a hood for my beach buggy. The one I used was very cheap and did it in just one day, just small fry job
for folk who cover trucks.
Fame is when your old car is plastered all over the internet

Talk to Piddy (Luego section) he has made a very nice and simple cover, and it works well.
Cheap as well.

I understand why the half hood costs as the double duck is 41 quid a meter. No point in trying vinyl as it is to streeeeeeeeetchy
