type 9 rebiuld

hi i have currently picked up a type 9 gear box and was wondering if anybody had a manual regards stripping and rebuilding with new parts seals etc. or should i not waste my time and just stick it in my haynes????
and does anyone know what size bearings i need for a complete rebiuld?

rebuild kits are available on ebay and the likes, but TBH unless you know its a goner or have rebuilt everything else I would suck it and see

they are a pretty robust box I personally would stick it in and see, unless you can feel excessive play on the input or output shafts

I had mine professionally re-built last year when I was up-grading my engine. Wished I hadn't bothered as it's now a pile of poo! Got totake the engine out again and have it re done! So just be careful what ever yoiu decide to do!
