Retrieving a file from a phone with a regular file structure is fairly trivial using a free program called photorec.

It might work with an iphone but it depends whether the drive shows up in "my computer". My old ipod touch didn't but apparently the pictures folder now does show up when you plug it in, if it does you might be in luck. beyond that I'm afraid you may need to speak to someone with more apple experience

PS. try not to save anything to the phone now as you may overrite the deleted file!!!

There are Iphone undelete softwares out there. To avoid writing over the required file most work by plugging the phone into a PC via USB and mounting the disk that way. Haven't tried it and I think they're all ££££.

I'm sure the only way to do this would be if you had iCloud backup turned on, then you should be able to restore to the last back up.

Have a look in setting, iCloud, storage and backup.

No wizz kid myself.

Your iPhone backs up stuff to iCloud.....

Settings and iCloud see if its backed up if it is follow instructions on web to restore phone.

Hope it helps

Ok try this, again I'm no wizz kid
Go to settings on phone, general, usage, manage storage, and look to see if you have a back up before file was deleted, if you have it should restore the film from the camera roll backup, if you don't have a backup in there then I don't have any more ideas.
