Elm327 device
Right ... I have a cheap Elm327 bluetooth dongle. However it appears to be unable to communicate using the PWM protocol required by my Mondy to read
DTC codes. Does anyone have a recommendation of an Elm supplier that may work?

If you go to the Ian Hawkins Torque website you will find links to what you are looking for.
Be aware a genuine Torque chip is relatively expensive and these dongles are more expensive.

Search eBay for a fordsuper. This reads the extended ford codes.

PLX Kiwi devices are well supported and will work as fast as the OBD port can supply data. That can be another downside to the cheaper more generic
devices.

I bought a cheap V gate from ebay and it works fine with me on Torque on Ford and Honda. I only bought it cos it has an on/off switch as there was a
scare about cheapo ones flattening batteries.
Cheers!
