fuel pump location
just furtling with the R1 fuel pump at the moment, found a nice location for it and just wanted to check it was okay..
i got rid of the floppy rubber surround and am now using a foam lined circular clamp.
the only thing that bothers me is that its just slightly lower than the floorpan of the car. i dont know if theres any chance of anything hitting it,
but would it be better to tuck it away a bit more or is it okay where it is?.

Could you not mount it on the side of that chassis member instead of underneath it?
It might protect it a bit more and shouldn't be 2 hard to do with some short flexis

dont put it below the floor pan,
put as per build manual options, stays out of harms way

I would definitely put it above the floor plan, much less chance of it getting hit by anything.
