Shall i cut more off........??

.......my rear bodywork!!!

ive cut the triangle shape from the bodywork, leaving about 15-20 from the edges of the chassis and 75mm from the top to the point of the hole!

thing is, this is what happens when i line up the rear suspension.(LEFT)

the spring touches the body work.

My Question is do i

a) need to cut more off or...
b) screw the rosejoints in further on the top wishbones, so that the angle of the dangle is less!

cut more off. you won't see it because the rear wing covers it all. so long as your body work is glued to the chassis tubes infront of and behind the hole, no problem.

Trim it down.

no piont running too much rear camber !

Oh and if the Spring fowles the body work its an SVA No No.

The body will be storng enough when your arches are on. To be honest give you self a few mm spare.

a couple of rivets tub to chassis when you are happy with final position ( still left to do on mine !!! )

I glued mine with polyurethane adhesive. It is strong and flexible. The panel will not rattle against the chassis, the wheel won't spray water up the inside of the panel and it will be held securely where the big hole has been cut in it.

I left enough side panel to drill a hole and pass the handbrake cable through. I'd recomend thinking about that.
