R1 and MNR wiring loom connector 10 Start Crack position

Hi.

Have you connected this to anything? What is it for? I've turned on my engine and not used this for anything... no apparent problem either...
Minf you that engine main switch / start are not connected to the steering coluns ignition switch

Hi Joao,

This is the main start feed to the R1 loom, on the carbed version its connected to the crank wire (red/white) and so the equivalent on yours

you can use the crank wire to suppy power to the starter motor if you want it to start by turning the ignition key.

The other option is to have a push button start like on the bike.
