Hi Joao, Ive used the rubber lined strap off the bike and rivetted that to the underside of the floor.
You can use bobbins etc but I didnt need to.
Im changing the race can as its a touch loud to the original R1 pipe so I will take some pics then.

Joa
You can also weld in the chasis side near your feet / 200mm from the seat an piece of angle.
than you drill that.
then you can just hang your exhaust with its original point to the chasis.
Will make a pic how i did it.

Mine is essentially the same as humbug's except i used an mini tailpipe 'cotton reel' bush (Got it from my local car shop but found
out the other day that Halfords sell them too).
Then angle like humbug and used an exhaust strap that is intended for oval exhausts and just bent it. Got this for a couple of quid from an exhaust
centre.

Hi mate, no the exhaust only came as the manifold.
I had to have the link pipe manufactured locally.

Richie
Would be interested to see a picture of your link pipe - my R1 exhaust (inj) is larger bore than the manifold collector.

Yep the bike has larger outlet from the collector, any custom exhaust place should be able to sort a link pipe with a little bending, cost me a
fiver.
Ill get a pic tomorrow

Will that strap in the middle of the exhaust pass SVA?

Which strap? The clamps will be wrapped for SVA so there will be no edges.

Hi Richie
In the body reflex you can see a strap (at least seems so...)
