Vortx on the way
I visited MNR yesterday and the enevitable happened, yup you guessed it, I ended up ordering one.
I ordered a Vortx RT kit with some extra's and I even got talked out of the Zetec route which I have all the parts for and ended up buying a
carb'd R1 engine to go with it.
Thanks to Chris and Marc who made me feel welcome and put up with all the questions and for making my wallet a bit thinner.
Only down side is I now have to wait till early October for it as they are busy, still only 12 weeks to go.

talked out of the zetec?
I hope you arent after a casual cruiser then, as the R1 (and presumably any other bike engine) is a bit... err .. mad!
have fun with the build

Thanks for the welcome guys.
I was thinking of bec anyway and after talking to chris/marc I realised that for this particular car the bec route was the best option. I have had big
sports bikes in the past and miss them but now I have young kids I wouldn't have another, so this is the best of both worlds for me.
I really can't wait to get on with it although SWMBO has loads of jobs for me to do round the house in the mean time so that will keep me busy
and help pass the time.

So thats why u sold your robin hood then.
The MNR is the best kit IMO. Thatd be my choice if i was to get another. But without the bike engine.
