New pics in the album
Hi.
Been doing some minor mods to better cool the beast.
Skip the first 7 pics (old ones) in the album here.
Just to spice things up, I'm uploading some here.
Cheers,
Joao

Looks good! I really like the scoops in the nose cone.
may I ask where you got them?
Weaseling out of things is what separates us from the animals.... except the weasel.

Great shots and a great car.
I'm jealous about the weather, anything I see lately are clouds and showers

HI.
Thanks for your words.
The Naca ducts were off eBay here
If I were building again I would buy ones with round exits (plumbable) to plumb air intake, but as I have sponge filter, I just bought this ones.
The side vents were inspired in another builder , can't remember who, though...
Six round holes (top and bottom), some cuts, a black painted mesh inside glued with silkaflex and presto!
Actually temperature is kind of low for this time of the year (25º - 30º C)
Cheers,
Joao

Just added an extra vent on my nose cone too as I found the temps were getting up really high when sitting in traffic 100degC+. Hopefully the hot air
has somewhere to go now. Will post pics once the mesh has finished sticking.

I have a temperature sensor right in front of the brake reservoir (left side!), just behind the engine, on top of the scutle, and the max I saw was
40ºC - after turning the engine off.
