Hi.

It was my mac1. Nice to meet you and cheers for the emergency spanner.

I enjoyed it a lot and it was great to chat with other trackday virgins and not feel so 'out of depth', but I am fairly sure that not everyone on track was exactly new to it (or if they were they got the hang of it fairly quickly).

The mac1 ran pretty well with only on problem with gear linkage that was easily fixed. My driving was not great but I did start to get the hang of it towards the end so next up I think a full day will be in order.

Btw Cadwell is a really lovely circuit, lots of turns and hills plus pleasant surroundings.

Looking forward to next time.

Liam.

i can say for definate that some of the folks out there were not beginners!!

you did seem to be faster in the last session
(and the gear linkage stayed in one piece)

and the lovely sound of a bike engine among all those cars was magic

Check my dash data log and it appears I accidently turned on the gps lap timer (well I am a novice).

Best time according to digidash was 1:44.45 which I was fairly pleased with.
