drive shaft bearings

I have managed to fit my drive shafts, wishbones, shocks and rear uprights (took me forever to get the wishbone bushings in, but got here in the end)

With the drive shaft fitted there seems to be very little space between the drive shaft and the centre of the uprights as you will see in the attachment.

If the drive shaft is pushed back slightly I can allow some play for the bearings, but how to a secure the bearings in to the upright?

I think you are missing the hub carrier that bolts onto the upright and contains the wheel bearings etc.

look in my photo archive "modified driveshaft" Its the piece on the left but the wrong way around if that makes sense.

Thanks, I was under the impression those bearings had to go in before the hub carrier had gone on.

One small step for man, one giant leap toward having my wheels on!
