Hi lads here's a little something I'm making at the minute for an off road buggy project gsxr 750
It might be of interest to some here

1 = whats the brake disc off?

2 = got any build piccys?

Diff and shafts. is from a 93 wrx impreza
That diff housing supplied the bearing carriers just with sealed roller bearings instead of the taper type
The sprocket is gsxr 1000 47 tooth I think bought blind from eBay
There will eventually be 2 inboard brake discs found on the rear of Honda NSr 125
Happened to have two bikes in my shed so that was an easy choice they will supply the calipers too
Machined myseff an adapter ring at work to carry the sprocket and welded a ring onto the end of each drive and machined it true to carry the disc
The plates it's mounted in are a double wishbone setup from my badlands buggy plans laser cut in 5 mm plate
Diff was sealed using 4" exhaust pipe and a ring of 2 mm plate
Still needs a grease nipple fitting

Good work, I like it.

Inboard discs, get that unsprung weight down.

Looking forward to some pics of the complete install.
