I got some seat runners with my seats and they are stupid design.
they cant be bolted flat to the floor as the arm that adjusts them is on the bottom, so I need to raise the brackets about 5mm where they bolt
through. if turn them the other way, I need to raise the seat about 5mm from the runners
should i get some plate steel and weld that to the chassis to raise it up or is there a simpler solution?
its these by the way
Thanks
I just made some nylon spacers to lift mine - you could use ally or steel.
Turned them on the lathe.
Bear in mind the IVA height position from seat base to upper seatbelt mount - don't put them too high.
