Pair of Wide Wheels - MGB fit or similar
BigDawgV8 - 1/10/12 at 08:17 PM

Hi All,

I'm looking for a pair of wheels to fit an early Toyota Celica axle, basically the same pcd as MGB, Datsun 240, Scimitar GTE, Triumph Stag and Triumph 2000 - 4 stud 4.5 inch

The wider and more unusual the better.

Has anyone got anything?

Thanks for looking!

IIRC a friend of mine used some old vauxhall wheels on his mgb. They gave a bigger tyre print and were latice style so looked quite call.

Also try looking on pistonheads parts and then wheels section. It lists them in wheel did size.

I am pretty sure Vauxhall wheels won't fit an MGB

Are you are sure your friend didn't have an MG Midget ? ---- the Viva shared a 4 on 4" PCD with the Midget.

The Viva wheels did fit the Midget hubs but the stud holes where a little too large wwhich could cause problem with locating the wheels centrally onto the hubs. Have you tried Midland Wheels they have a fair selection of retro wheels
